Every time I get home from a soccer game I feel relief and somehow full of energy even though I was running for hours. Why if I have been burning energy during the day I still feel so good and stress free? Well the answer is simple; exercising helps your body in many ways that we don’t even imagine.
Many people don’t realized what exercise can provoke on their bodies, and how can benefits their health. How many people there is in the U.S that just prefer to stay sitting on the coach watching TV instead of exercising? the answer is simple, the majority of people in our society prefer to do other things stead of exercising.
In fact, just by exerting a couple of minutes daily our health can improve tremendously.
Researches showed that active people live longer and healthier than those who don’t.
Experts say just by walking 45 minutes daily, 3 times a week our mental capacities can improve, such as planning and coordination.
Now days in the U.S there are many women with low self-esteem because of their over weight problems and they think their only option is to get an operation. The practice of sports help to loose weight and increase self-esteem, and it also helps to decrease anxiety and increases the capacity of humans to face stress.

A lot of health problems come from the lack of exercise.
Researches also showed that practicing sports decreases by 20-40% the risk of colon cancer. The positive effect is due to the increase in the intestinal mobility and these way toxins remain less in contact with the colon. Tumors on the other hand are favored by two hormones known as insulin and estrogen and by exercising the levels of these hormones decreases.
If you don’t know sports also improves hearth’s health. Individuals who play sports are less exposed to cardiovascular diseases because the activeness in their bodies increases the good cholesterol, decrease hypertension, and control type 2 diabetes. The heart of a person who practice any sport makes less effort in accomplishing the same amount of work of sedentary one do. By exercising the lung capacity of an individual also increases.

It’s never late to start your work out plan or to play your favorite sport.

    I agree with you….I’ve compared my energy andoverall mood when Ihavent workout and when I have worked out and there is a big difference…after working out I feel energized and content..I find energy to do a lot more as opposed to when I don’t work out, I hardly have energy and become tired quicker….I think everyone should worry more about the amount of excercise they incorporate in to their daily routines… you’ll be enhancing your health, mind, body and soul…

  • I agree 100% with this article and the first comment. This is something I already knew and I think it is really important for everyone in America to understand this and do something about it. I also feel a great impact in my life the days I workout and a big difference the days I dont . Exercise will take away all the stress you have and energize you and make you have a good mood all day long, but you have to do it at least 3 times a week. If not, incorporate exercise in your daily routine.

  • I agree, excersising is essential for staying healthy and energetic. But excersise is only half the battle. You have to make sure you are also eating rite; and keeping a healthy diet.

  • Yes, being healthy it’s not only base on a work out routine, it goes hand to hand with healthy eating.

  • It’s much easier for me to go out and do something active, exercise and what not, but the difficult thing is exercising myself in the kitchen, what to eat and what not to eat, how much, and when. I really do enjoy being active whenever I am, and being able to eat healthy to would be a plus.
